1、接通电源后，查看指示灯是否正常，如果指示灯为红色把三项火线其中两项线头调整一下，如果显示绿灯为正常。

2、开机前设定温度，防盗门 钢质门一般温度为246-256度，钢板门温度为210-220度，转印时间设定钢木门为2-3分钟，防盗门为4-5分钟，钢板门为12-16分钟。

3、正常工作先预热机器，必须先抽真空，然后工作台推到加热仓里面进行几分钟的加热（切记一定抽真空预热，否则损坏硅胶模具）。正常工作发现转印工件木纹不清晰，是因为温度低或时间短造成的。把温度适当提高5-10度或时间延长20-30秒。

4、真空压力表调整为低压0.8Mpa，高压1.2Mpa为正常。

5、转印机每1-2个月换一次真空泵油，经常检查油的液面。

7、真空罐设有放水阀，如果设备处在潮湿环境中，真空罐应隔几天排放一下水。

8、新设备或新更换的硅胶板，在使用几天后，正常工作中如果出现横竖皱折，应立即停止使用，调整硅胶板松紧度，否则严重损坏硅胶板。
